   Arrived to discover they got the wrong screen. They did not care to establish of which windscreen to order so have wasted 1hr at the place plus travel. Absolutely useless

   Reported to the Police!: DO NOT use this company!!! My brand new Dashcam was stolen from my vehicle whilst in their care / garage whilst they replaced the windscreen - I called and lodged complaint/ theft and advised / requested they check the cctv before it is wiped (they wipe cctv every 7 days) - I phoned them consistently for weeks thereafter and no one got back to me… 2 1/2 months later they called to issues a multitude of lies to absolve them of responsibility: cctv of rac and auto glass did not show anything: Actual facts: rac did not have cctv as their driver collected and drove my car direct to autoglass - Autoglass did not check cctv as I called a few times asking them too but was advised the case hadn’t been picked up yet n someone, an agent, will call but but yes, you’re right, they do wipe it every 7 days Beyond this fact the dashcam was brand new and on windscreen they removed so if cctv had been viewed they would have seen it and seen who stole it, ergo they did not act in time and the cctv was either wiped before they acted or they didn’t look at all… Their final response: ‘This is the outcome of our investigation, deal with it. You’re welcome to phone the police (because we’ve wiped the evidence, so you’re screwed)… ciao’ Absolutely vile and shocking conduct… DO NOT use AUTOGLASS !!!!

   Dodgy company and absolutely unprofessional don’t know what they are doing. They cut off 12 cables of my vehicle for no reason while removing the old glass. I have given them the chance to replace the damaged parts, they are now covering up the mess by welding the cables back using an inexperienced 3rd party mobile mechanic without my consent. I can’t believe how this business managed to be approved by insurance company!

   I wana give a massive shout out to Eddie! If it weren't for him this would've been a 1/5. Turned up for my "in at 9am, out by 11am" windscreen replacement appointment, to be told I'm not actually allocated to a technician, I'm a "ghost appointment" that just gets fitted in at some point throughout the day. I only booked half a day off, and got pretty angry at the fact such a thing as a ghost appointment exists. Not good when you see people coming in 2 hours after you and their work begins immediately. But Eddie persisted and managed to slot me in just after 11:30.

   I had my windscreen replaced by Autoglass. They came out promptly and fitted the screen outside my home address. There was some screen bonding I could see on the inside but I could live with it, but then in heavy rain it leaked. I called them and got told I would have to wait three weeks for the rectification work to be carried out, six plus weeks later and I am still waiting and my car is getting damaged. I would never use Autoglass again

   Great experience but be mindful! Had my cars windscreen completely smashed. Booked the appointment through insurance and only had to pay £75 for excess. I was not sure if it is legal to drive with the screen condition. Called up autoglass helpline and was told that the windscreen is a laminated glass and it should not fall if the edges are intact with no holes. Also that only drive if a clear view is available. I reached 15min early. There is ample parking. The guys at the Autoglass croydon were very nice and took the car immediately in. There is a waiting area with coffee machine which i did not try. It took 2.5 hours and the car was ready. They also cleaned up the internal for the broken glass pieces. If your screen is broken in such a way that glass pieces are inside the car then I would suggest to switch on the front aircondition in full with car un occupied. This should get most small pices out from the air vents. I only realised this once i got home agter a professional cleaning and the car got filled with glass pieces again...
