Connor was an absolute star for us (and has been the last few visits) we have a total of five tropical tanks in the house and his knowledge and advice has been second to none when choosing things for the tanks. Just a massive thank you to Connor and the whole team ❤️
Didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman working today between 12:30-13:45 today went along with a story that our two pet fish came there for a holiday, and managed to catch us two replacements that were an exact match so my son wouldn’t notice. Thank you for going above and beyond for my 4 year old, who adores fish and would have been heartbroken to know they had died. The employees at Cadbury are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had a great experience each time I’ve been there, once when we bought our fish, then when I came in for advice because they had died unexpectedly, and this latest experience. Thank you
Great experience from start to finish. Staff are as knowledgeable as enthusiastic, shown by their impressive and off beat aquascapes within the shop. I had ordered a few very obscure fish and they have managed to source everything i asked for over a few months. Some being what i believe to be the first imported to uk. All fish healthy weights which is generally a big issue with these types of fish. Their communication is brilliant from top to bottom. Their stock is great for someone who likes the less seen species but also have a great range of beginner fish and plenty of hardscape, substrates and plants.
I recently visited Maidenhead Aquatics at Cadbury Garden Centre to pick up my aquarium, which I had purchased online, and I must say—it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely passionate about what they do, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. This is by far the largest Maidenhead Aquatics store I have ever visited, and it is truly impressive. They have everything an aquarist could ever need—tanks of all sizes, top-quality equipment, an extensive range of aquatic plants, and an unbelievable selection of fish. The variety of species they stock is simply breathtaking, with both popular and more exotic options available. I spent quite some time admiring the beautifully maintained tanks, each showcasing healthy and vibrant fish. The store is impeccably organised, and it’s clear that the team takes great care in maintaining the highest standards. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned aquarist, this place is an absolute must-visit. I left feeling incredibly satisfied and already planning my next trip back. Highly recommended!
One of the better Maidenhead Aquatics with plenty of fish. The koi were a bit on the expensive side as they weren't Japanese.
My 2nd go to place for aquarium supplies or fish. Biggest fish stock in somerset that I'm aware of. Tropical, marine and cold water sold in store aswell as pond fish. Loads of supplies also sold here from tanks, filters, decor, plants, food ( live, frozen & tubbed), medication, water treatments, etc. Staff are experienced and have a keep interest in the hobby with helpful knowledge and advice.
Absolutely wonderful place, we have purchased all our fish from here, Alex has always been absolutely fabulous with helping me and my otherhalf deciding what fish to get, couldn’t recommend this place enough.
I would like to thank the young lad on Sunday when me and my wife bought the oak display fish tank and the other Young chap in helping to carry it to the van They both was very helpful will be popping down again
