They picked the car up and collected us when it was ready. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, although I hope we have no need to!

I had an excellent experience with The Paint and Bodyshop in Beckenham. My vehicle had a deep scratch running from the front door through to the back door and bumper on the driver’s side, along with buff marks on the passenger side. The team advised the repair would take two weeks, and they delivered exactly as promised. When I collected the car, the paintwork was flawless – the scratch had completely disappeared, and the vehicle looked as if it had just come out of the showroom. The standard of the bodywork and paint finish was outstanding. Communication throughout was also excellent. Chris kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, and results. I have had a few dealings with car body repair shops in the past and I can confidently say that my experience with the Paint & Body Shop, Beckenham was exceptional. The staff, especially Caroline and Chris are very friendly, courteous and professional. They are very experienced and knowledgeable - they were aware of my concerns as a ‘new’ customer and explained everything in such a reassuring way. The communication, before, during and after the repairs was very clear and the repairs were done in a timely manner. When I went to collect my car, it had been thoroughly cleaned and Chris explained in detail what they did on the car. This was subsequently followed by a form, sent electronically to me, confirming all the work that had been done with genuine Range Rover parts. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and I would not hesitate to recommend the Paint & Body Shop, Beckenham to potential customers.
My car was sent here via AA and Ax and both been outstanding as well and I’ve got my car back and my gosh absolutely outstanding piece of work they have done to my car. Looks like new I would recommend this company to anyone for any paint or bodywork repairs
This is the 2nd time we have used these guys, this time they dealt with my husbands Range Rover SVR. They gave such a good service, always polite and helpful. They did such a good job of his repair, it looked brand new when we collected it. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 5 star service.
If you have damage to your vehicle these are the guys to go to! I used to run a body shop years ago so I'm extremely particular with who i let repair my cars. from the moment i met Chris Georgiou i knew i was at the right place as he completely installed me with confidence. Excellent experience from start to finish. Chris and his team are so different to the usual cowboys. Specialise in Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW and Mini. Bodywork completely restored and the Valet and Cleaning was the best I've ever seen. Thoroughly recommend.
