Excellent customer service from staff. I had several pieces I wanted to value and wasnt sure what I could do with them. They gave me great advise and helped me decide what option was best for me. The most excellent experience and quick turn around given such a tight deadline. Needed a ring for a surprise proposal in 2 days time and they had the perfect ring I needed in store. They managed to get it resized by the next afternoon so I could catch my flight in the evening. They even delivered the ring to my house to ensure it was received safely. This service and attention to detail is rare to find these days and makes me become a lifelong customer.
Thank you so much for creating a customised Indian (Gujarati) baby shower bracelet for us. We visited Shree Ganesh Jewellers on the 5th of July. Nick was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. We had specific requirements for the bracelet, as it was for our Indian baby shower, and unfortunately, they didn’t have everything we needed. We showed him some photos of the bracelet we wanted, and he quickly proposed some ideas. He even had some individual pieces of jewellery in store that he combined to create the perfect bracelet for us. The service was incredibly efficient. We had the finished bracelet made and with size adjustments within just 3-5 days, which was perfect because we needed it for the next weekend. Nick and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We’ll definitely be revisiting the store in the future. Absolutely ecstatic to have found the perfect pair of dainty but strong anklets for my birthday, the young gentleman serving me was patient with my fussiness and all three staff members were accommodating and kind even with my toddler. I paid £25 for an adjustment that was done speedily in-house. I have to say the selection of jewellery was better then anyone else in Slough so I even purchased a pair of Huggies (small hoop earrings) for myself. We were offered refreshments during our wait and decided as soon as we left that we would be repeat customers of this store.
