Beyond pleased with my Christmas gift from Whibleys - my darling son and husband chose a necklace for me, with the option to exchange. ;) The service in the store was exceptional, and I am over the moon with what I left with. Highly recommend for beautiful, timeless pieces and personalised and attentive service.

My engagement ring and our wedding rings were purchased here. The lady who served us made a highly unprofessional and hurtful comment about my appearance. I will never go there again and don’t recommend you do either

What a beautiful experience. Franca served me today. I wanted to change my watch strap and was looking for something a bit more fresh. She suggested combining two colours. I love it. Courlanders offers a traditional and modern experience without the stuffiness. They even checked the battery for free. Good value, quality service
Went in this morning to enquire about some jewellery.Not one member of staff acknowledged me or said Good Morning .I was ignored and left standing there so left.Went to David's jewellery who were amazing and polite.This company need to learn some etiquette on how to acknowledge customers.Rude,avoid!!!
Absolutely shocking service!!!!! If I could have given 0 stars I would. Took my daughters ring for repair, 7 weeks later still no ring and not even a phone call for a update. Very rude staff that constantly talk over you! No apologies just pure rudeness. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! RUBBISH SERVICE ALL ROUND
Went into Courlander today for the first time with a small issue on a Skagen watch strap, it was fixed in a few minutes, with a very small charge to pay. Very impressed with the service and friendliness., will definitely use again......thank you so much
Visited Courlander to try and return a necklace I was given but didn’t like. The fact that there is no returns policy does make you feel a bit taken advantage of as a customer, and the customer service experience on that point was rather cold and uncompromising. I ended up purchasing quite a bit more than the value of the gift as they wouldn’t refund even a slight difference in price. It’s a bit of a shame since my mum has been a customer for over 15 years and had fond memories of the shop, while I’m not sure I would go back now. Having said that the jewellery I ended up getting was nice.
A fabulous service! I needed to get my watch mended together with a new strap and I could not have had a better experience. I was looked after by Karli who was really superb - she was warm and interested. She quickly and smoothly got my watch sorted. It was quite a pleasure to go into a retail store that had such an outstanding approach to customer service and made the visit such an enjoyable one. Thank you!
