There is never any pressure to buy. He consistently asks the right questions leaving us delighted with our purchases. I have bought few pieces from Susan over the years an each piece was a so beautiful ans until now they sparkle like they r brand u and I have many compliment each time I wear them.    Jon was absolutely amazing and is clearly an excellent jeweller. We brought in a style we liked for an engagement ring and he was quickly able to draw up several options and was transparent about the process throughout. The final product is absolutely stunning and has a personal touch that you just can’t get from an online order. The ring was also slightly too big and it hasn’t been a problem to have it adjusted. Can’t recommend Susan Clarke highly enough!
