I stayed here over the Christmas period, the room was lovely and had a homely feels to it, the whole team was lovely, a massive shout out to Ryan for making me feel so welcome.
Excellent service off friendly staff. The breakfast is second to none and the restraunt is incredible. I will be staying here again on a regular basis. The best Premier inn I have stayed in by a mile.
Stayed here a few times now with work, use to stay in either Bristol or Exeter, but the prices there are outrageous so found this gem of a place. It's nice and quiet, huge free carpark and the restaurant is always great. The ultimate WiFi does let it down on the odd occasion though. I'll be back next month on my monthly travels to the south west.
Great experience here. The staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday extra special, like decorating the door with banners and also providing a few treats and a card for her to open on her bed. We also needed two cots for our twin boys and these were provided without any hassle. The only little niggle was the air conditioning not working initially in the room on a warm August evening, but after asking at reception the lovely lady behind the desk was more than happy to lend us her fan. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Checked in by a lovely staff member at about 19.30 who was able to get us a table at the restaurant attached who also delivered excellent customer service and let us take our meals to our room. Perfect for young families nice and quiet
Stayed for one night. We were greeted by a very lovely lady on reception (Mary, thank you) who was so polite and lovely to talk to, she really set our stay up for success. The room was a nice, clean and spacious family room with all the amenities. Breakfast was lovely, cooked and continental. Lot of vegan options on the menu to choose from too. We went specifically to visit Cheddar Gorge and the hotel was only 20 minutes away. We would love to stay again.
Stayed over the weekend to spend time with my young daughter. We both enjoyed our stay. We slept well, staff friendly. Also have to compliment the breakfast staff in the restaurant. Looked after well and my daughter loved it, saying best breakfast ever. We will def choose here again if in the area which we are looking at in the summer
Couldn't of asked for more!! A one night stop over as visiting family. Greeting so welcoming, room spacious & spotless & quiet. Fluffy towels, hot shower. All you could ask for to great standard (esp Mike) Breakfast was one of best I've had, selection exceeded my expectation - esp vegan selection
One of my favourite Premier Inns. Been coming here for years, to the extent that some of the staff know us by name now. Great location, comfy beds, lovely staff and tasty food. You really can’t go wrong if you’re visiting Weston or the surrounding area.
