   Sub-par. I have been a member of this gym on and off for two years when I’ve been at home from uni and I must say that there are major improvements that could be made in comparison to other and frankly better gyms I have used at university. The changing rooms smell disgusting and look extremely tired (especially the toilets, which I try to avoid). One thing that is incredibly frustrating is in relation to the refurbishment of the gym. There used to be around 6-8 treadmills and now there are only 4. There is one treadmill that has been out of order for the last two months, so realistically there are only 3 working treadmills. This is very irritating as usually they are not free and you have to wait. Honestly, if I was in a position to change gym, I 100% would and I think drastic improvements are in order. Other gyms usually have a page where you can see how busy the gym is and I think this would be really useful. Please increase the number of treadmills!!!!

   Filthy This gym is filthy. I have emailed staff and completed customer satisfaction surveys with the feedback and never receive a response. The floor is covered in dust, dirt, hair. The equipment leaves your hands filthy as well. Not asking for much just a clean every now and again - especially considering they have recently increased membership costs. There’s also no mirrors which is odd for a gym. The bar is on the floor. Come on guys!!

   Became a member for the pool. Loved that it was quiet, dated but seemed clean, the worst part is the showers! They hardly ever work and when they do its a trickle. Cancelled my membership as the showers were out of order for a month.

   The gym changing room toilets are perpetually out of order and smell a bit bad, the water dispenser was out of order for a week. There's plenty of equipment and space in the gym and it never seems too busy. The highlight is the staff. They're the most helpful and friendly staff I've come accross anywhere. Absolutely fantastic.

   The cheapest Gym in Ware by far, the £20 monthly charge at the moment is amazing value (Normally £26pm) this includes swim and gym, if I use it once a week its still cheaper than pay as you go. Swimming is available some nights and all weekend but gym available every day, its not the most up to date and doesn't have much equipment but has everything I need. The Active app is also great with loads of online work out classes.

   Friendly helpful staff, but found issue with the gym in that there was regularly a machine or two out of order and not quick getting back into service either. I didn't use the pool but am told that it is not always available as the school has first dibs on it during the week and it could sit unused all day. Parking is plentiful. Not a bad gym all in all.
