We had a dog lodge and a normal lodge but they were both as dirty as each other. they claim they are dog friendly but they can not go anywhere, you have to sit outside. Dogs can’t go on the train, the dog lodges are very far away from everything (about a 30 min train ride). The sinks don’t drain very well and the bathtub plug was broken. The prices is the shops is quite expensive. I do not recommend coming with a dog.

Check in and departure were good. Villa and rooms were good. Facilities and activities were fun and well organised. Restaurants were good. In room dining was barely ok, wrong order delivered and the hotdogs were not the best. In room pool table cloth was ripped. First aid services were excellent. Security was excellent (especially Gary). Spa was excellent (especially Annette).

Its quiet, peaceful and great for a family holiday. I have to say that all the staff we interacted with were very helpful, friendly and professional. The Pancake House is great for treating the family and like all Center Parcs, there's plenty of activities for everyone. The park is huge, the biggest of all of the UK CPs. Although they have a land train which allows you to get around the park, the seats are very uncomfortable and its popular - a couple of times we weren't able to get seats so we had to wait 20 minutes for the next train. We were situated in the Fir area which is very far away from the facilities, even the sports plaza was 15 minutes walk away which is difficult for people with poor mobility. In general the accessibility wasn't very good across the park. For disabled people, I recommend only booking if you can get an accessible lodge, otherwise it will be a struggle to get around. The lodge we stayed at was OK, a bit dated and dirty in places. They didn't provide much, we only had one small bar of soap between 3 toilets and the kitchen. The other issue with CPs in general is that they are expensive and all that is included in the initial booking is the accommodation and the swimming pool, everything else you have to pay extra for. The activities are not cheap, the bowling for example was £50 just for a 1 hour session. The restaurants and supermarket are also expensive so I recommend taking your own food with you to cook in the lodge if you are on a budget.

Our holiday was absolutely fantastic, such a good range of activities especially for children. The lodge was well maintained and suited our needs well. Using the booking system for activities was relatively simple and the facilities were great. I have only taken off a star as Center Parcs is so expensive during school holidays!

Fantastic break as always! Despite the high prices of everything once you're there, the customer service is truly second to none! Encountered a slight issue with our bedroom during our first night and despite the hour, alternative accommodation was still arranged for the evening and we were kept fully up to date as the issue was fixed the following morning. Huge thanks to the security team on the evening and to Claire and Yvonne at Guest Services who were both fantastic. It's customer service like theirs that really makes the entire trip worth every penny!

Fantastic place. It really is a great experience. So much to do. Great scenery. Plenty of fresh air. Obviously its expensive, but it's definitely worth at least one visit. The best thing by far is the swimming. The rapids and slides are just phenomenal.

Always loved coming to Center Parcs ever since I was a child. It is a wonderful place for families to make very special memories. The facilities are always so diverse and there is never enough time to do everything! The Subtropical Swimming Paradise is a fantastic venue and has great slides. The staff are always very helpful in making you feel welcome! Highly recommend.

Centre parcs had a great range of activities for all ages of kids. All the activities were enjoyed. There were bars and food at different restaurants. The sports facilities were all designed for kids as well as parents. The lodges were lovely and clean and all the facilities for a family staying at the site. The lodges were in a forest and well separated. Lovely going for a walk in the morning.

We visited last weekend and stayed in an executives lodge in a group of 6, the lodge was lovely and clean, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen with equipment/utensils. Swimming pool was amazing! Slides were great fun, had to wait around 40 minutes for the cyclone slide. The rapids were brilliant fun. Visited the spa and it was the best one I've been too, would recommend paying to go! Ate at iguanas restaurant, food was delicious and the waitress was lovely. The managers was very kind to let us in as they were busy at the time and we hadn't booked. Looking forward to next year's trip!!
