Came in after work for drinks and a great atmosphere. (Empty when we arrived as mid week and early). Good range of drinks available
Code 34 is a nice little cocktail bar. The choice of drinks was good, the decor quirky and music slightly alternative which gave it a nice, casual vibe. There are "speciality" cocktails on the board and the standard selection. The friendly staff also advised they make off menu cocktails if you want. Only slightly odd thing is that the cocktail bar was open downstairs, so we were greeted at the door by someone, then walked through what looked like a closed restaurant area, to the back stairs and down into the bar. From outside it wasn't clear it was open or what we were walking into.
Went for lunch. Great service, really friendly and nice atmosphere. Flood was tastey quick and reasonably priced. Would definitely return to try the cocktails in the evening sometime!
What a find. On a busy Saturday when everywhere to eat was packed and queuing we discovered this place and received a very warm and friendly welcome. We sat in the window with a fab view of the beautiful Theatre Royal which was lit up as dusk was approaching. The food was lovely and quickly served and we then went downstairs to the cosy, atmospheric cocktail bar which put us in the party mood. Would highly recommend a visit or two.
We went there for a quick lunch on a sunny day, they had good music playing. We sat outside on the corner. The staff were brilliant and enthusiastic, with some really nicely priced food!
Underground cocktail bar. Stumbled upon this place on a Saturday night and cannot understand why it was so quiet. Seating area was cool and quirky and cocktails and staff were fab! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
If you haven't been here before, please do make it a next choice of eaterie. The atmosphere is amazing, excellent customer service and the food is absolutely delicious, cooked from fresh to perfection. 10/10
