The assistant in the Hotter shoe shop was brilliant, she couldn't have been more helpful and though they hadn't got my size in store, she ordered it to be delivered to my address and found an online discount making the shoes more affordable. Will definitely shop there again when I need shoes.

A small outlet so some shoes have to be ordered on line but really helpful staff.
I find buying shoes an absolute chore as I have “funny feet” and struggle to find shoes that fit, are sturdy enough to cope with the way I walk as I have an unusual gait and that look attractive. The little boutique store a Wheatcroft was lovely and the lady at the service desk was so friendly. I found the perfect pair of shoes quickly and then went on to order another pair online to be collected from the same store when I got home as they were just so comfortable. The shoes arrived very quickly and I was easily able to go and collect them. The left shoe had to be sent away by the physio therapy department at my local hospital to be especially built up as I have one leg shorter than the other and as the shoes are so sturdy the process didn’t make them any less comfortable.
Staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
