   Popped into the store just before Christmas to try on some Chelsea boots that I'd seen on sale online. Unfortunately the exact boots weren't in stock but I was able to try on a similar boot for size. I think it was the deputy manage I spoke to, either way, he was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and an example of great customer service, despite not making a sale. Great stuff..

   Fantastic, old school shoe buying experience - a real joy throughout. Ian at the Nottingham store was hugely knowledgeable not only of Loake Shoes but of the history of shoe making, and the various styles including that of the one I purchased (and those I was wearing at the time). I left knowing how to properly care for them and that I was truly cared for as a customer. Brilliant, highly recommended!

   The team that Loake have built forthis shop are second to none, They are always ready and wanting to help with any questions you may have about a Style/Size or Shape of shoe. Unless many shops today, They take the time to get to know you on a personal level in regards to the type/style of shoe you might be wanting to buy/Interest in trying on. Each staff member brings their own expertise to the shoes that Loakes sells. I feel that I would not be doing to shop a fair justice if I did not mention Ian. As the knowledge he has not only about the shoes he is selling but about how each particular shoe begins/Become Popular. The knowledge he has about the company shows that it is not just a job to him but a passion and a personal statement of how he wants to make sure that every gent that comes through the door, Leaves knowing that he has the right pair of shoes for the event/function. On a product note, The leather Loake uses seems to be of the finest quality and just goes to show the craftsmanship and that Loakes has for each one of their products. I myself own quite a few of their products and I hope to own more in the future.

   Had a great experience in store today. Ian went above and beyond to help with our questions etc and gave us some brief history behind the different styles, as well as cleaning and care tips for the shoes we purchased. The best experience we’ve had in any of the Loake shops we have visited previously and will certainly be returning to this branch for future purchases because of the great customer service we received. He is a true asset to the Loake brand and I do hope those higher up in the company take note of this and reward him for his fantastic service. Thanks again Ian! Abbie & Matt

   Great store. Went in to browse for a potential pair of shoes for my upcoming wedding. Ian was extremely helpful and explained the difference between models. Used his vast knowledge to guide my experience. Ended up purchasing the shoes on the spot, which was not the original plan. Very helpful and great overall experience. Upsold my self for a new wallet as well. Will be back again!
