   This is a message for Jane. You have truly made my day helped me picked the shoes for me and just gave us all the best experience in store today. Sadly a few weeks ago in this very store I was ‘fat shamed’ for my ankles not being right for the boots. I have worn docs since I was a child and have many pairs on the go through being 7 stone heavier than I am now and 4 stone lighter than I currently am. A few weeks ago I visited this store and had the worst experience where a member of staff told me that my ankles aren’t built for their boots.. bear in mind I took a pair of vonda boots off to try these others on. My other half and family encouraged me to go back in today and while discussing options and being visible sad about the last experience Jane overheard our chat and immediately stepped in. An hour later lots of laughter smiles and tears we found the newest. Boots for my collection. And I couldn’t be happier with not only my choice but Jane’s support guidance and wisdom in creating my boots I wanted in a slightly different way. To them be greeted by other staff who were nothing but supportive. The store manager was amazing they did not have the boots in store in my size but arranged for them to be delivered to my home. This wonderful woman has restored my faith in this shop and all of her managers and other colleagues I had the pleasure of experiencing today.

   Polly is extremely helpful, she is very knowledgeable and friendly, makes us feels at ease. My experience with Dr Martens was - the discomfort, but Polly patiently explained the types of leather they offer and the design and sizing, the breaking in period etc to fit comfortably, now I finally found a comfy pair to fit in.

   I had a wonderful experience at this Dr. Martens store. The sales assistant Archie was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we want , offered great recommendations, and made sure we found the perfect pair for my daughter! Excellent customer service that made my shopping experience enjoyable and easy. Highly recommend!

   Dr martens boots are one of the wonders of the known world you just can't buy better The shop has a good range of styles and accessories and if they haven't got what you want they will get it The staff here are excellent friendly polite helpful and don't pressure you into a sale. My daughter suffers from anxiety but the man who served us went out of his way too put her at ease the doc obviously chooses his staff with great care

   Had to order from store as they didn't have our sizes. On delivery day made then aware i wasnt in, do not leave outside house. They had my phone number. Asked to be left with my neighbour. They took photo of my 2xboots outside the house. Time I got home They were gone.

   Always a pleasure dealing with Dr Martens, hence I'm a customer for life. Customer services are prompt to reply with any queries or concerns and the level of customer service in stores is second to none. The products are fantastic and my latest pair the 1461 SR in black for work are super comfy straight out of the box. Keep it up Dr Martens!
