   Bought these two pairs in store last week, the green waterproof was £ 90 and the black was €60. The waterproof one was incredibly slippery, I wore it first time Monday to walk around Vic centre, it felt like waking on soap specially on Long road/Pelham street and the floor was only mildly wet. It kinda defeats the purpose of a waterproof shoe if you can't walk on wet surfaces. I went back to the store to get the trainers changed thinking they'd take ownership of the issue and give me an alternative for refund or pair exchange, but they told me because I wore it outside they couldn't do any of those because they wouldn't be able to resell the shoe. I told the guy that it would be dangerous to sell that shoe anyway because somebody could get hurt walking with something so slippery, it is really not fit for purpose. Contacted customer service through email who responded there was nothing wrong with the shoes (???) without even trying/testing them. Thus she couldn't give me a refund. Were the shoes designed to be slippery on purpose? Even being waterproof? Make it make sense. Then she said out of good will she'd allow me to get a pair exchange, which I did and got another waterproof that actually works. Was just expecting that for such a big brand it would be less frustrating and less of a trouble to get a product that actually works for what it's intended to. The black trainers (non waterproof) are not slippery however the left foot one started making a loud squeak sound every time I take a step. So I'm guessing it's just bad product design/manufacturing and they make refund/exchange a frustrating experience so you won't even try it.

   Really great experience in Sketchers Nottingham yesterday. Served by James who looked up styles on the store system which I'd seen online. He then found them in store for me. He gave excellent advice on styles and sizing and I was able to find a pair to suit my needs. Fantastic customer service!

   I visited the Sketchers store in Nottingham this morning and had a great shopping experience. I was greeted by Natalie the store manager & having explained what I was looking for she very quickly let me explore options. Within five minutes I was the owner of two pairs of Sketchers ready for my forthcoming visit to Berlin. Natalie had great product knowledge, very professional & above all a very nice lady. Natalie’s service gets a 5 star rating, thank you.

   I visited the Sketchers store in the Victoria centre Nottingham this morning and was served by a lovely lady called Natalie who made shopping so easy, Natalie helped me to find some black trainers for work, she was very helpful and explained to me the different fits and in soul types and was asking me all the right questions to what I was looking for and needed. I ended buying a pair of really comfortable arc fit trainers and socks and a t-shirt. Natalie made the whole shopping experience really friendly and pleasant, it was my first time purchasing in-store as I normally shop online, I will definitely go back to the store for future purchases from now on. Fantastic customer service from Natalie and looking forward to my next store visit.

   After visiting Sketchers today I just wanted to say what a fabulous shopping experience I had. I suffer from plantar fasciitis so getting the right trainers was important. I was assisted by James who was friendly, helpful and had fantastic product knowledge . I left happy with my purchase and would definitely visit again.

   Went into Skechers after doing some research on the best trainers to get as I have been suffering with foot pain. I was assisted by a member of staff named Tracey, she was absolutely fantastic! I told her about my issues and she recommended a specific trainer that I needed. I had her running back and fourth because I’m indecisive and wanted to try on different styles and she did it all with a huge smile on her face. Her customer service skills were spot on and it was a pleasure to be served by her! Thank you Tracey ♥️

   Hi I’ve been in today with pain in my legs and needed some new arch fit and I was looked after by Tracy what a wonderful lady she even helped me with putting the boots on and off so kind we need more customers friendly stuff like that . And I can’t live without arch fit now.
