Really helpful staff and took time to find a shoe that worked for me. The shoe feels comfortable but it did cost quite a bit so I hope it lasts a long time.

Excellent shoes and service. The laby who helped me knew all the details about each shoe type I tried. I tried many styles and she carefully untied each one for me to try. She was patient and helpful. The store has seating so one can comfortably try on shoes. The shoes are of high quality.
Beautifully well laid out shop. Must try if you want a sort of exclusive shopping experience and the shopkeeper is also very polite and knowledgeable. The products also seem good quality and if you are likely to get a good bargain if sale is on. Highly recommended.

I felt the service wasn't as good as normal. When you are spending almost 300 pounds you expect a little more interaction and help. Oddly the ladies in the week are more knowledgeable and helpful than the weekend staff.
