   Came in last Sunday not long before they closed and was assisted by a knowledgeable and helpful lady who I believe was the supervisor. She assisted in helping me purchase a nice new pair of boots and went the extra mile to ensure they were in pristine condition. Thankyou.

   My son is 6 feet tall size 9.5 to 10, he's also very kind and polite. he was pressure sold a pair of size 8 black boots for 180 that crippled and blistered his feet, because he trusted the staffs advice, not knowing that he was being hoodwinked and conned. Gutted. No star.

   Went today after buying some Timberland boots in November 2022 from this store. A week ago the heel started to pull away and squeak continuously. It was small, but after a quick conversation, receipt, there was an absolutely no quibble exchange. I wore them a lot and normally would just write it off, but I was reassured, treated exceptionally well, that returning them was okay. First class customer service from Scott and the team. You may get Timberland items cheaper online but I 100% percent recommend getting them from the store just in the rare occasion like mine, there's a fault. Can't thank the store enough, thanks all.

   I was highly impressed by the shopping experience in this Nottingham store. As a regular Timberland shopper I wanted to find a particular coat for a trip to New York. Scott approached me in a friendly chatty way and offered advice on several coats I tried on. And he provided insight one coat that helped me choose it. The whole experience was enjoyable and informative.

   The staff member was extremely rude and racist towards Asian people. I visited the store on the boxing day and I was smiling all the time. The staff member kept correcting my language and pointing fingers in public. The staff showed his hatred and racism without any hidding. I am surprised that this kind of racism occurs in Nottingham, where there are so many international students. I was extremely saddened on that day. I also noticed I am not the first one who complains about the rudeness of the staff. For future visitors and customers, a kind reminder to you all that please don't come to this store if you don't look like local. If you do come to this store, please be strong. First reply: Appreciate your explanation Alan but this is not the case. You mentioned 'During excessively busy days such as Black Friday or Boxing Day, the staff are usually serving up to 4-5 people at a time and can sometimes be a little short or abrupt '. In fact, I came to the store between 9-10 AM, and the store was not busy at all (around 3 groups of customers in total). More importantly, regardless of how busy it was, I don't think the staff should correct my languages multiple times and point fingers. This is purely a reflection of his racism / xenophobia mind. The staff should provide help rather than educate me English.

   We all know Timberland's quality as well as their excellent products. But that's not what this review is about. My partner and I went into the store for guidance on what the best product to get for our needs, and the staff was absolutely incredible. Massive shout out to Indiana, her knowledge is honestly immaculate and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Even when we disclosed we were most likely shopping online afterwards, she continued to help us with just as much care and dedication. Also she was super nice and was able to navigate our questions with ease and tact. Could not recommend this store enough, specially if Indiana and Andrew are on the clock.
