   Order number - 1014279605 Clarks gone from a loved brand to absolutely terrible unfortunately. I order some reduced price trainers to collect from this store. Staff inattentiveness quite shocking when I picked the trainers up. Woman behind till just said to me abruptly "stand there and wait as I'm busy". She wasn't busy with another customer just an admin task. There was some negative reviews on the Clarks website about the shoes and a manufacturing defect however I assumed Clarks wouldn't be selling if unfit for purpose. Trainers were just unwearable due to design / manufacturing flaw and will now have to go through Clarks protracted returns process at much inconvenience to me. It's pretty obvious why the trainers in a 'sale' as certainly wouldn't sell at full price. Unlikely Clarks should be selling at all as not fit for purpose. I've been buying from Clarks for a few decades since a teenager however after quite a few recent poor experiences I will no longer be a customer.

   Staff inattentive looking at phones and talking to each other. Tall girl without uniform in grey was very good however.

1. Customer Services UK ★★☆☆☆

   Needed to get my child measured up for new shoes, thought Sunday first thing would be ideal. Walked in to Clark’s Nottingham and there was one other family in the entire store. Went up to a member of staff and asked if we could be measured up and offered shoes and she was not very friendly. She simply walked to a ticket machine (bear in mind there’s only two people in the store it’s 10am) and said “take this ticket and wait” then she proceeded to play on her mobile phone and didn’t help us until the other member of staff was free. This lady that served us was actually great. The woman in this photo who is not very welcoming and plays on her mobile needs a firm word when working in a customer er environment.

   Pop IN yesterday too check out the prices looking for some boots and shoes and the prices are out of my price range so I will stick with shoe world or shoezone has the cost of living rises and Christmas is getting closer I wouldn't recommend unless you really can afford to shop here.

   Always have to go here for the kids school shoes, trainers and summer sport sandals. The very professional staff will measure your kids feet, one of my kids has a normal width fitting the other one has wide feet. They take the worry out buying shoes that fit correctly and give growing room too. They are expensive when you think you can buy school shoes for £8 from Asda but the fitting service and the quality of the foot wear make it more than worth it. Bad fitting footwear can lead to flat feet which can ultimately lead to hip replacements later in life. Ask any chiropodist.

   The staff here are so helpful and honesty has made the process of buying shoes so easy and because of them I was able to recommend to my family members who also went on to purchase pairs of Clarke’s from them.
