I bought a pair of Steve Maddens from here about 3 weeks ago that started to split and I went in and brought up the issue and it was immediately sorted for me. The staff were lovely and we're extremely helpful when it came to getting me a replacement pair to fix the issue that had occurred. Very good service and staff.
Didnt catch her name but she had red hair, she was very helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond! top tier customer service
Emily was a great help in finding exactly what I wanted, I told her the wrong size and she got the right size out very quickly. No fault whatsoever. In short, Emily was great and I will be coming back to shop here.
28.05.2024 Schuh... our casual visit turned into a great shopping experience. We were actually looking for some stilletoes and bang on, we found what we wanted. It's been a lovely experience here. The staff was very courteous and helped us to chose the right size. It was a lovely shopping experience on a special day. Definately a name on our visit again list.
