Store is dirty. Infested with mice. Always plagued with shoplifters and is an unsafe work environment for its colleagues. The manager is clueless.
I go to the store everyday and I only have my passport as my identity and if I loose it I can’t do anything.so that’s why I don’t take it with me everytime.But everytime when I go to the store although I have showed my identity several times he still asks for my identity everyday when I buy a beer .He says he can’t remember me .This is the worst experience I’ve had all these time .He’s the manage .I hate him
Good store, never really had any significant issues. Only thing to say is with the scan and go, staff aren’t always familiar with how to do the accuracy check. (Which isn’t their fault, if you’re not used to it or haven’t been shown etc.) so despite trying to save time you end up spending longer there as the staff don’t know how to do it. Might be worth doing some training for it if it hasn’t already been put in place? Otherwise no issues. Well stocked, nice staff,clean etc.
A lot of things in this ASDA isn't marked up correctly. Like your Ham, your metal coffee mugs for £6 yet at the till £10. Ripping off your customers much !
I visit this store purely out of convenience, they don’t stock much but I can usually get a few of the bits I went for. The staff are usually ok some are a bit rude but today I went to buy cigarettes the same as I have done nearly every other day or at least once a week for the last 4 years, a lot of the time the same man serves me, today for some reason he asks for ID he hasn’t ever asked before and he serves me at the minimum once a week, usually I have ID but my passport is with solicitors for something I have going on. I wouldn’t mind if I hadn’t been been going so frequently or this man had never served me before but the amount of times he’s already served me there’s no way he wouldn’t remember.
It's OK but can't do a full food shop
absolutely disgusting store purchased a box of fibre one bars and didn't realise the bbd until now which is 20/7/2022 selling products out of date. This store needs a inspection of store goods.
Coseley store manager has no people skills at all. He is in the wrong position or needs urgent training as does not have a clue. Most of the other staff are freindly and helpful.
For a smaller Asda Supermarket there is a good choice of essentials. Staff are always helpful. I've purchased obviously grocerues but must say there fresh flowers are extreme good value and choice and last sometimes at least 2 weeks.
Decent local but they seriously need to improve the in store bakery. Never have I had a jam doughnut with ZERO sugar on there. Have you employed Jamie Oliver in the bakery?
