Had such a lovely experience being helped by Lucy and Adam today! I didn't know what shoe size I was and Lucy was so eager to help, especially when it came to finding shoes in my budget! Adam was so lovely in helping me find my size and easing my anxiety with small talk :) Will absolutely be back, thank you so much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the best experience at schuh today thanks to Will! He went above and beyond while helping me try on a pair of Dr. Martens. Even when I managed to get my foot completely stuck (and we both ended up in fits of laughter), Will stayed professional, patient, and kind throughout. He definitely had his work cut out with me, but he handled it brilliantly and made the whole shopping trip so enjoyable. Thank you, Will – you turned what could have been embarrassing into a really fun memory. Schuh is lucky to have you!

Today 2.08.25 at Schuh in drake circus plymouth amazing staff from when we stepped into the building. We went into exchange some shoes. Lady checked over to ensure that havent been used I showed some liked to one of guys and he sent some over to help straight away as he was busy. Oliver was amazing with my little boy who didnt once smile sorry. He chatted to him whilst putting shoes on his feet and no tears at all and he hates trying on shoes in public. We found some other shoes for holiday whilst i tried putting them on he cried so oliver came down and started chatting to my little boy who stopped crying instantly still no smiles. We have one shy boy Thankyou so much this made stressful visit to a happy visit with not much tears. I am not good at remember names but it was on the receipt so hopefully it gets back to drake circus plymouth
Came in to get my daughter some Doc Marten's as an 18th birthday gift. We were served by Izzy who spent almost an hour with us, getting different boots out for my daughter to try, assisting to make sure the fit was correct and giving us great info to help break them in and aftercare. At no point did we feel rushed and cannot praise Izzy enough for her genuine friendly manner and great customer service.
By far the best shoe shop in Plymouth. The staff are consistently so welcoming and friendly and make you feel valued and comfortable in the shop. They treat you like a friend - just creating an overall great experience! thank you :)

Visited the kids department Staff were really helpful friendly and approachable. Measured my daughters feet and ordered in when they didn't have her size. Great help
