   When I asked if I could refill my water bottle here I was told that this cafe doesn't have drinking water. This confused me because legally licensed premises MUST provide free tap water to patrons. Also, how are you running a cafe without drinkable water? The tea was fine but overpriced and selection for pastries and snacks was limited and overpriced. (I attempted to take this feedback to the cafe privately but there is no customer service email or Facebook page to do so.)

   On my way back from my trip today i called in at jam jar and grabbed a coffee and snack,i was greeted by a friendly staff member who chatted with me while i waited for my coffee which was lovely after a tiring day. There was a nice atmosphere there even though it was busy and the staff worked well.

   Absolutely lightning service with the most respect ever seen in my life. The caramel latte was lush and chris was incredibly polite and recommended it to me. Everything 5 stars. The only thing i would recommend is lowering the prices. Just like elf. The world's best cup of coffee

   No hello, no smile, no manners. Got huffs and puffs and somebody served before me even though I was front of queue. They had no problem laughing and joking with each other though. Food was very over priced...I mean it was 1.69 for a small crunchie bar. Would not recommend. If you are willing to pay expensive prices then costa over the other side would be better. That way you get the quality and manners with it.

   I went into this cafe, as I needed to buy a drink to take my medication. The girl serving refused to take my cash. I tried to explain that I only had cash and that the sign in the window said card payments if you can...she was having none of it. Said her boss said "No cash". She was very abrupt,rude even. Thankfully, there was a Co Op at the top of the stairs where a bottle of water costs from 50p,where as the same bottle of water in this cafe is over £2.
