The service was terrible, especially the female staff member who handled the cosmetic procedure case. She was disrespectful and had an unacceptable attitude. A perfectly good family gathering was completely ruined by the service team. If youβre thinking about going there to eat, I wish you good luck. Bad service can ruin your mood for days. Why would anyone pay money just to suffer at an unpleasant restaurant? Iβm only giving you a suggestion. If you still want to try your luck, then it all depends on how lucky you are. The entire service team was bad and gave me a very unpleasant day. I will never go back there for the rest of my life.

We held our 5th annual NI Freelancer Xmas Party here last week and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was brilliant from start to finish and the food was outstanding, so many people commented on how good it was, especially compared to other venues offering Christmas dinners. People travel from all over Northern Ireland to attend this event, and the venue did not disappoint. The atmosphere was spot on, such a great vibe on the night and everyone genuinely loved it. Weβll definitely be back, highly recommend for Christmas parties or large group events.

A great place for a night out or just afternoon tea. There is an extensive drinks menu and although the menu isn't large, all our choices were delicious. The show we saw tonight was great fun and the atmosphere was one of fun and laughter. The performance was really well done. You buy the meal( a main) with the show for Β£39.95 which is reasonable but can become pricey when you start adding dessert and cocktails!

Nice relaxed atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. Well made cocktails! My date and I had the Prawn Cocktail (warm) & the chicken starter and both wet presented beautifully and tasted as good as they looked. For mains we chose Duck two Ways & the Chicken Supreme. Again great presentation and full of flavour and perfectly seasoned, Good portions had no room for desert unfortunately. We both had a great dining experience and will definitely return.

We looked up for a place to have lunch in downtown Belfast and AMPM came across our search. Glad that happened. The decor definitely draws your attention when you go in and it might be a bit overwhelming for some peopleβnot a problem for us. Food was amazing, especially the kids menu. Staff made sure we felt welcomed all the time.

The interior is very fancy - old fashioned fancy though. Maybe a bit tacky for my tastes. I had the vegetarian menu. I was in their other restaurant 'cabaret supper club' 9 years ago, and the vegetarian menu has not changed. This is extremely disappointing as the vegetarian menu in most restaurants has come a long way. I had goats cheese to start and risotto as main. Both were alright. I would definitely have something else next time if i had the choice. The sticky toffee pudding was fantastic though. The last comment I have to make is about the men's toilets. I have no idea if this is also a problem in the women's toilets. There's one stall; and it has no door! If you want privacy when doing a number 2, go elsewhere!

Went for dinner with two friends on a Saturday evening. Table was booked. We arrived slightly late and Iβm not sure what happened but the bartender and a male waiter seemed to be at loggerheads and we waited about half an hour before we had a table. Then there was a very argumentative guest who had a massive go at a waitress, which was a bit awkward. Itβs very, very small, almost claustrophobic with the very intense decor, not a space wasted but intimate and quirky. The back of our booth wobbled something shockingly due to the guests behind us and there were other things I noticed about the place needing repair. Music was good but the volume definitely went up midway through the dinner and it just made conversation very difficult as the speaker was right above us. The waiter was very nice, however. The food was lovely though the vegan bruschetta (on the vegan menu!) came out with cheese on top, which was a bit annoying. The cocktail menu was limited which we informed of on the menu to provide a quicker service but I wonder if this is really due to staffing issues but otherwise they were nice. Mains were lovely as well. Would still recommend but probably at a quieter time.
