   Called in today around 1 O'clock. Ordered one drink then we had to leave. The music was so loud we could not have a conversation. This is normally our favourite pub but today was very disappointing.

   A great place for a pub lunch! The lunchtime weekdays are not busy, so the service is quick. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. We loved the atmosphere, but I know it gets very loud on weekend nights!

   I ask for my steak medium to rare and it came out well done I don't understand why I was ask how I want my steak cooked when the chef can not cook a steak. It was my first time eating at the bass monkey and i will not be eating there ever again and I won't be recommending it to anyone what a waste of 17 quid . The female bar staff was rude to me and told me to stop shouting when I wasn't shout I was just asking what was the point in asking me how I want my steak cooked when the chef cant cook it that way . The staff did offer to sort it for me but I didn't have the time to mess around. Ps I wasn't the only unhappy customer in the restaurant the table next to me weren't happy either .

   Delicious! Even Bigger Breakfast and Guinness as on holiday! Breakfast absolutely amazing compliments to the Chef! Guinness very nice as well, poured properly! What a gem, give them all a payrise Mr Wetherspoon or a New Year Bonus

   Breakfast was ok, supervisor very abrupt when I asked to use the disabled access toilet. Serving staff were really lovely. I have been here a few times. On the whole an ok place for good and beverages

   First time I went in here for breakfast after a good weekend and they didn't butter my toast which I love my toast soaked the place smell really bad and the seats not nice to sit on.. it definitely needs new furniture and carpet..

   Came here for the first time having lived in Plymouth for a number of years. Very pleasantly surprised! It was a little smaller than I imagined but plenty of space to sit down and watch the women's Euros final. Its a great place to watch football with TV screens plastered all around the venue. There's a wide range of drinks, and it was really cheap too. Would recommend.
