   Really lovely find as recommended by a local whilst staying at Boringdon Hall. Warm welcome and lovely home cooked food and able to take care of food intolerance. Set in a stunning village location and beautiful countryside, views too.

   Very nice and cosy pub and restaurant a few minutes drive from Yelverton, that has a fine and varied selection of cask ales. Food was delicious and seemed freshly made. Well recommended if visiting the Burrator reservoir area.

   Lovely pub situated on the green in the heart of the village of Meavy just outside Yelverton. Had a great tasting Christmas dinner mid December. Nice atmosphere with friendly attentive service.

   A really friendly Dartmoor village pub atmosphere with great outside seating. A good selection of local ales. The food comes in large portions and is reasonably priced and delicious. I always enjoy my visit to this historic village pub... Booking for inside dining is essential as it's a small pub, but there's good seating outside. One small complaint would be the parking, as they need to re open their main car park to accommodate the cars that are forced to park quite a distance from the pub in narrow country lanes... I've no idea why the main car park remains closed.
