   The staffs were on facetime with someone while working on my nails. This lady is very unprofessional! She started to continue talking loud in her native language despite working on the clients. Very professional.

   I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon since it first opened and have never had any reason to complain until now. Unfortunately, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing and far below the standard I’ve come to expect. During my pedicure appointment, I noticed early on that the service was subpar. I raised my concerns politely more than once. The manager acknowledged them and said the technician would redo the work, but this never happened. The technician appeared completely disengaged—frequently yawning and visibly uninterested. It became so uncomfortable that I had to stop the service halfway through, with only one foot partially done. Despite the incomplete service (she hadn’t even touched my toenails yet let alone both feet), they attempted to charge me £20. When I expressed my dissatisfaction again, I was simply told to leave. As a returning customer, I expected basic courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism—none of which were present during this visit. The salon was visibly unclean, with flies around and an overall lack of hygiene. It’s clear that standards have dropped significantly, and I now understand why the place was empty. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others. Truly disappointing.

   I recently visited this place for a manicure, and unfortunately, it was a less than pleasant experience. While the price was affordable at £20, the service left much to be desired. They used the nail drill not only on my nails but also on my cuticles, which was quite painful. Additionally, my nails were filed down much shorter than requested, and the overall cleanliness of the place was lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality manicure. In addition, the end result was disappointing as my nails ended up uneven and frankly, quite ugly.

   Welcoming despite coming in towards closing time (for acrylic removal), great attention to details and professionalism, very clean equipment and generally calming atmosphere. My nails never looked so good after removing a set. I love them natural now!

   Worst Experience. They absolutely don't know anything, very bad service. Cheating and impolite. They hv no knowledge about the service and faking it. No English understanding too... No hygiene. Fake place. DON'T VISIT! UNWORTHY Expensive fake guys

   Very bad nail salon, the owner and staff were so rude. They rushed and just wanted to finish quickly to push you away and take your money. They also cut my fingers a few time Very bad experience

   The first visit was good. When I went back to get infills the man did them this time, after 1 day the gel started to bubble, it looked rubbish my friend who also does nails (who is on maternity) said I should go back it looked like they’ve not been cured properly. I went back and a young lady redid them they still looked bubbled and just rubbish, after a week more nails bubbled and peeled, at this point I couldn’t be bothered to go all the way back to Nottingham so I just won’t go there again. People were nice, my experience was not a good one.
