    Placed an order for a number items - several days pass with no sign or any communication at all beyond the original confirmation. Phoned to ask for an update and told they would phone me back. No phone call. Chased up again to be told that the price was wrong on one of the items so they decided to cancel the entire order without bothering to tell me. Useless.
