Click and collect has restarted but the time it took to bring my goods, I might as well have shopped myself. Unfortunately it has not returned to the pre-pandemic system as the customer services area has been changed to self scan. It's no good offering a service that is so slow.
This store is very convenient as it is located at city centre and has a big variety of products and seasonal items.
Whenever I go to city I visit wilko without failure. One can get toiletries at very good price.I gave bought few bedsheets from wilco which were very good. One can find hardware tools ment for home available in the store. In addition to these they have good collection of sockets, switches and other electrical items. Paints are also available. One corner which my favorite is the corner where they keep discounted items, one can find useful stuff at discounted price from that corner.
Got a super cheap discounted candle plus the self checkout is fun It's really got everything you need
Polite and helpful staff, although there's some gaps in the shelves due to haulage issues. Update on 15/04/22. Still very helpful staff and some great bargains. They even have self service check out now so great for socially anxious people like myself. Always wide a clear aisles so I can get around the store with my walker or mobility scooter.
Large and busy Wilko's selling all the usual household goods at reasonable prices. I visit here first before going elsewhere as I usually find what I am looking for
