   I had the misfortune to visit B&Q where I struggled to find someone to assist me. When I finally did find an assistant, the total lack of interest in offering advice/locating the items I required left me speechless! I left the store and headed straight for Toolstation where I was enthusiastically greeted and assisted with all my needs. The staff are wonderful, plenty of parking, free handy catalogue to take home and reasonable prices. In future, I will be heading straight to Toolcentre every time. They know the meaning of customer service.

   Fantastic staff, really helpful and knowledgeable about the range of products the store holds. Sunday opening hours are great too, with the Sunday staff being incredibly helpful. Great offers too! Bought a sink, 60% of the cost from elsewhere.

   Very helpful staff, always have a good selection of products in stock. I've used screwfix for years but recently they're customer services have be shocking and they never have anything in stock with sometimes it being a weeks wait. Switched over to using tool station about 2 months back instead of screwfix and I can't rate them highly enough. Today is the 1st time something I wanted hasn't been in stock and they kindly arranged free next day delivery to my home address. The staff here are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much bother.

   Very friendly welcome from Diane. My first visit to this shop so I didn't know what to do regarding ordering, Diane promptly pointed me in the direction of the catalogue and advised me to write down what I needed , she found what I was looking for on the system, The only thing I would say was that she mentioned that click and collect customers take priority so I would have to bear with her even though there was no one in the shop and I physically was.
