   Beware of coata coffee meal deal scam. They say that every regular size coffee is in the meal deal but that's not true, if you get a regular pistachio latte it's not included. I DIDNT ADD PISTACHIO SYRUP. It's a option of choice by regular coffee. The lady told me i have to pay it - even though the information presented is misleading. In other stores for example Sainsbury's pistachio latte is in the meal deal - because... It's type of regular coffee size.

   There’s a guy who works there called Nick with long hair, he makes buying nesquick and some weatabix at 10:59 pm feel like handing the keys to your rolls to the valet at the ritz!

   I was in the checkout queue for the tills, and when it was my turn I was told one of the employees that I need to go to the self checkout queue even though the checkout one was available, then when it came to my turn she let those in the check out queue be served ( even thoug they’re after me) and not myself, so it’s one rule for myself and not for others. Not good service

   As with most places there's always one member of staff that let's it down. This Tesco suffers from a rude unfriendly and accusationary team member. If you don't mind being treated like crap go ahead however I'll be continuing with the friendliness of the Angel Row branch there been too many occasions for it to be a one off

   Usually on weekdays afternoon there’s a guy with long blonde hair and he is so nice and efficient, best staff ever seen. But the problem comes, an old lady that works in the morning and weekends is so ridiculous, fights about everything and accuses people of stealing every single day. That is the worst attitude ever seen. She will just literally follow you around staring at you, treating everyone as thieves like dude did everyone just came in to steal a cart of milk? If anyone sees her in the store just avoid getting in, but when the guy with long blonde hair is in, enjoying your time and you’ll love the shop

   if i could rate this 0 stars i would. There is a european old lady who usually works in the mornings who is a nightmare, she’s extremely racist, constantly follows my sister around the shop & constantly accuses her of stealing. I reported her months back because she told my sister ‘i know about people like you’ (we are people of colour) and still bothers her. She gives her the evils every time she comes in the store and clearly hasn’t changed from the first time i reported her to the manager. Tesco, do better.

   Handy for local shopping and good opening hours ( open daily from 6am to 11pm ) where you can really find everything we need in our lives, free cash machine, The National Lottery, top-up point, instore bakery, good range at the best quality of fresh vegetables, items for general household use, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and chilled goods for sale and even more than we could imagine and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Sammi ☺️
