Had a poor customer experience with one of the female staff who was rude, kept eye rolling, and interrupted me whilst I spoke. Asked for clarity on a new product (to me), received several poor explanations that kept changing each time. This caused further confusion, and her poor attitude towards me was not helpful & unappreciated. She even lied about being a manager and could not get the actual manager to come to the shop despite claiming she would. Everyone's experiences are different, mine just happened to be shitty from this particular staff member.
