   Sam is the Man! Our first trip to an escape room, we did the heist, in an actual vault in the basement. Sam was our guide and did an excellent job of welcoming us, giving clear instructions and setting the scene beforehand. Great selection of problems to solve, at various levels of difficulty. This suited our family group well. At one point, someone dropped the barcode scanner in an inaccessible place. Sam came quickly to the rescue. All in all a really well managed experience. Would definitely return to try another scenario.

   Ho Ho Hurry Up - We’re a family of five (two adults and three kids aged 8, 6, and 6) and had an amazing time! The Christmas theme was so much fun and perfect for the kids—they were totally into it. Big shout-out to Anthony, who was brilliant and made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for festive family fun, this is the one!

   Christmas Eve fun in the Christmas themed room. Sometimes with my teenagers, it's hard to raise a genuine laugh and smile, but this room managed it in bucket loads!!! Hosted by Ant who was fantastic. Very welcoming and made the experience memorable. Definitely recommend these guys. The best around by a country mile.

   Played daylight robbery and thoroughly enjoyed it! The theming of the room was great and really liked the puzzles involved throughout the game. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly, and me and my friends look forward to coming back to play their other games. Great experience, would recommend to anyone.

   I took my son 11 and 4 friends to Cryptology for his birthday. Everyone had a great time despite it being the boys first go in one. There was so many puzzles to do, playing to different strengths. I'm definitely going to come back and do another one with friends. Id like to re-do the heist too once my memory fades. Would definitely recommend and our guide Oleg was fantastic at making sure we really enjoyed the experience.

   We (group of 2) completed the cyberdyne room on the evening of the 3rd Dec. The welcome is a bit odd.. You're warned not to arrive early or late (as they don't have a receptionist) so you turn up on time and then stand outside in the rain for a couple of minutes until the GM comes to the door. Then we went straight into the room. The room had clever puzzles and was well themed. Unfortunately for us the GM was throwing clues into the room before we'd even had a chance to look around or get stuck. It took away half the sense of achievement we would have had. Despite me shouting multiple times to stop giving us clues! The main server room puzzle was broken so we lost 5 minutes wondering why it wasn't working when we'd completed it. Even after that we finished the room in 45mins. No idea if we'd have done it without the unnecessary clues. Probably a good room if the GM gets a bit more coaching and listens to her customers!

   Did the Egyptian themed escape room with some friends and had an enjoyable experience. The room was challenging with multiple puzzles which allowed us to each focus on completing different puzzles to progress. Staff member/guide was fun and added to the enjoyment of the experience. Well worth playing. Went back to do Cypherdyne room, completing this room as well, challenging and great fun. Anna was a very friendly and helpful member of staff.

   Very enjoyable. Went with 3 11 year old kids and 2 adults. Did the daylight robbery room. Bring your brains cos it requires quite a bit of thinking. We all had a great time. Would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

   My friend and I did 4 escape rooms at Cryptology and they were all excellent. The team hosting us were fantastic, all super enthusiastic and friendly. Daylight Robbery is one of the best rooms I have ever played too. Tonnes of things to do, thematically great and tonnes of fun.
