We love Joe! We know we can always go to Joe who tries his absolute best. The maintenance team at Megaclose have been really helpful with some problems with our property and we can tell they always try really hard to solve them as quick as possible for us.
Megaclose is a great company, they provide the best service when it comes to student accommodations. I was going to move out from my accommodation on the 29th of August, and I went to the on that day. They moved me in on the second of September, provided me a discount because it was the last room available and have great service. Service is fast and great. Rooms are very spacious and nothing is wrong. Special thanks to Hanan for his great service and help.
The room we get from MegaClose, is neat and clean and they are also very responsive. Getting great support from them regarding the maintenance on heater and shower. Josh was really nice. He has been taking care of all maintenance related issues in soonest possible time.
I've had a great experience here all year. They have excellent customer service, and my place is in a great location. Nichola and Austin are great!
I recently moved into Victoria House by Megaclose Property, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The place is beautifully maintained — spotless, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. A special mention to Hanan and Nicona, who were absolutely wonderful throughout.. They were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail really made the experience seamless. The room view was spectacular — waking up to that scene every morning was a highlight in itself. It’s rare to find a property that combines such great management, comfort, and scenery all in one. Highly recommend staying here :)
We are currently staying at Victoria House. We have an amazing experience here. They were always very helpful to us. And also we got a very amazing view from out window. I am gonna definitely miss this house when I’ll leave this country. Thanks Megaclose team
The maintenance team at mega close have been brilliant since we moved in last summer. Any jobs that we’ve needed doing have been seen too within a few days of asking and have been resolved imminently, this ranges from wifi to mattresses. Well done mega close!
In my final year living in a Megaclose property for a couple of months now. All of the staff are so friendly and always sort out any issues in a time appropriate manner. Especially the maintenance staff, in particular, Harry was very friendly and efficient with sorting out any problems we had. The rent is very reasonable and I would definitely go with megaclose again because it’s been a hassle free experience. Much better than our old letting agents (purple frog).
Had a couple of issues within the flat that we reported as they came up, and Megaclose have been amazing with sending people out to help us. Harry in particular from the maintenance team has been round a few times extremely quickly and able to resolve the issues without any fuss. Great to have a chat too and knows exactly what he’s doing. An absolute asset to the company he is.
I moved into my 3rd year University house which at the time was being managed by Uni2Rent. The flat was in terrible condition and as a result we almost ended up taking the company to court. However, before this Megaclose took over the maintenance of the property very quickly and addressed all of our concerns with the property (even thought it wasn't their fault). Since their take over they have responded quickly to any maintenance concerns with in the flat but also taken good care of the communal areas. They have been very flexible with new tenants looking around the property and any staff we have come into contact with has been exemplary. We all wish we had Megaclose from the start. Most agents in Nottingham seem to try and cheat you but this was not the case with Megaclose.
