   I will start with good part, Danny was very helpful and pleasant while we were living on the property, BUT there were a few times he was a little less than honest with us. When we moved in he did not give us an inventory list, and nothing was signed, how ever when gave 8 weeks notice to move out, a inventory list magically appeared, and amazingly there was stuff missing and totally incorrect. Royal Lets also made unreasonable demands to repair and or paint what would be normal ware on the house after 4 years even though those rooms had not been painted before we moved in. (Let me clarify, some rooms were painted to hide black mold, but not the rooms they wanted us to repaint.) We have been waiting over a month to get our deposit back, and even though we have asked for proof of cost to "repair" items on the house, nothing had been forth coming. A word of advise, document every thing, take photos, and make sure everything is in writing, because they will tell one thing today, but another next week. Do not expect to get your deposit back, and I have heard I am not the only person they have done this too. Be warned
