The range is like any other range, but this one is massive, full of everything you can think of, the shop was clean. But nothing was in the right place and the labels where in the wrong place. So you don't know how much things should be.
I've stopped off at this location quite a number of times so felt it's about time to give it a review, this location has always had anything I've needed for any location, storage solutions for a particular need, themed dinnerware, decorations that are constantly rotated to fit a seasonal theme or DIY bits, this place has never failed to have what I've needed, when I've needed it. The staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
Hello I would rate this shop 0/5 stars low effort of management my mum wanted to buy nails for herself but she couldn't buy them. When though the main purpose is to buy things from a shop not restricted a customer getting whst they need. She was late for her bus whenever after she waited for the manager for 10 minutes. My last words towards the shop is lack of skilled people ,not many competent people and very much disappointed for any future customer that might have a situation or experience in this shop called range. For anyone shopping please be aware wnd don't let those people get to you . Thank you for listening
Cool stuff but some are higher priced once at till not same on shelf in the pound(s) Pets section Food section Art section you name it. Some of the acrylics are totally washable also and expensive at the same time. Have to alter it some point seems ongoing problems even after staff change.
Worst customer service.I have so many examples but here are the 2 latest. A few weeks ok went in and saw Easter wreaths with no prices so assumed they were just putting them out. 6 days later still no prices so went to enquire at ‘ customer service’ and asked if they could tell me the price. rudely told they were just putting them out that was why they weren’t priced. Yesterday went in for a few items and saw some Christmas slippers reduced to £2.99 and got them for a joke present. At the till the manager came over and corrected the till without saying anything to me and told the operator they were going back up to full price( Christmas stock!!!!) I asked that surely they had to sell them at the price on them to which I got a shirty well no we have 24 hours to alter our prices I don’t know how her rude attitude ended as I walked away. I am in customer service and if any of my team spoke to a customer that way they would be the ones walking out of the door. Terrible store and the range has gone from bad to worse - just order on Amazon.
Good range of products in a well laid out store. Handy postion and ample parking. I do wish the check out could be sorted when it's busy. No idea if the tills are free unless someone shouts at you because the queue and the tills are in the wrong position.
It's a very big store with a massive range of products but I personally think its a bit pricey it also has a small built in iceland section and a massive Christmas selection
I can’t really fault this store, They generally have what you want at reasonable prices. Well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful.
My first visit since the store opened last year, this is a large single floor store situated in n a row with pets at home and Iceland so I was surprised to see a miniature version of Iceland inside! The layout is typical of The Range with a substantial Christmas offering at the back of the store, although social distancing markings were evident customers were not following them. There is a cafe in-store as well.
