A special mention to Natasha at the Carlton branch, who was incredibly helpful, kept me regularly updated, and explained every step clearly, making the whole process much less stressful.    Claire was overall fantastic, well prepared, and did a great job at showing the property. Update: Offer accepted, agent was able to set up conveyancing service where searches started same day and everything closed in 6 weeks. Lorraine helped make sure the whole process was smooth and stress free, she was always available and was prompt at communicating and facilitating bits that needed arranging. Also got parting gifts which really makes a difference. Cannot recommend them more and will be using David James and (Carlton) team in future.

   We couldn't recommend David James enough for all they did to help us get our sale through. It's nice to have a local estate agent who knows the area as it makes the whole thing much more personal. Selling our family home was extremely stressful but Lorraine was great and kept us updated throughout so that we knew what was happening.    Anna was very punctual and respectful. As we were there early and the previous viewer had not arrived she allowed us to have an earlier spot which gave us more time to look around the property properly. She was very informative and knowledgeable and made a good representation of the property. We would like to thank her for her full attention even though the first viewer eventually arrived which meant her attention could of been compromised however managed it extremely well. She was very professional.
