   Lighthouse are an exceptional estate agents , I have rented from lighthouse for over 2 years and in that time they have been highly professional , helpful and very accommodating. Nothing is too much for them and they always ensure tenants are happy and content in their homes. I would also recommend using this family run business for both rentals and sales as they sold my grandmas house and ensured the process from beginning to end was stress free and run smoothly for my family at such a sad time, they offered not only professionalism but also took time to check in on our family during the sale process. They go above and beyond for everyone.

   Having rented out and sold a number of properties through Lighthouse we cannot fault them. They are always supportive through the whole selling process, keeping us fully updated at all times. As regards renting out our properties we've always found them conscientious and fair when vetting potential tenants, and once tenanted they strive to look after the interests of both the tenant and landlord, striking a good balance for both.

   Son and heavily pregnant partner renting from them currently and nothing but problems with the house from top to bottom. Service from the agency very very poor and like to play the blame game when they are at fault. No emergency contact details for out of hours which is totally unacceptable, left with heavy leak all night, no electricity or heating which is disgusting. Think twice before renting.
