I've been in contact with the team at Robert Ellis a few times recently while I've been looking for a new flat. Everyone I have interacted with has been super friendly and I feel very welcome when I contact them. I attended my first viewing with them today. I was shown around by Helene Sutton who was really nice and also very efficient showing me around the property and also was able to answer all the questions I had. Although the property I viewed wasn't the one for me, I do hope I can find another that suits me that Robert Ellis are managing as they have been so great!

I have recently sold a bungalow with Robert Ellis Stapleford. It was valued by Nathan at a price I was happy with. Catherine took photos and the sales leaflet was produced which was well presented. Nathan gave me good advice on what and what not to do. There were two very interested parties within a week who both offered the full amount. I opted for the one with no chain, but felt sorry for the others though! On accepting the offer the sale was handled by Debbie Marlow who was great throughout the process. She updated me regularly and liased with my solicitors as required. Debbie also helped me with paperwork from my solicitors which was a big help. We have just sold our home through Robert Ellis Stapleford (and bought with Robert Ellis Beeston - also super helpful!). The valuation of our home from Robert Ellis seemed significantly more informed than the other estate agents we invited for a valuation, and they clearly had a good understanding of the local market. Prior to the photos, we were in the final stages of our renovation, and Nathan (the valuer) gave good advice on what was important to complete, and what things would not be worth the effort of doing. The photos and advert were of a high quality, and it was good to have the 3d view on offer for potential buyers (we certainly found this very useful when looking at properties to buy). We sold the house within a week of the advert being published, for a price we were very happy with, and Robert Ellis liaised effectively with potential buyers throughout. Once we’d accepted an offer, our sale was handled by Lorraine. She was fantastic throughout the process - she kept us updated on developments and helped move things along with our buyers’ solicitors when things were not progressing as they should. She was very responsive, and was an excellent source of advice and overall we felt in safe hands throughout the process. Staff members clearly have a strong understanding of the area, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We recently sold our property and purchased our new house all through Robert Ellis - Stapleford branch. Nathan was so helpful with putting our house on the market and helping us find the property we wanted. We dealt with Debbie from then on and she was amazing.
