They are awful , Steve attempts to do the repairs himself and quite frankly is no tradesperson, Irene is an absolutely abhorrent woman . They have a complete disregard for the tennants . If they do question this ask me about the time they evicted a single mother and chose not to fix the boiler after it had broken . The children in her house weren't able to have a warm bath or put the heating on . It was October a few years ago . Plus if you ask real nicely I'll tell how Irene speaks to people when she thinks she's better than them .
