   Rented a G and O property a few years ago, never again. Awful to renters, only care about the landlords. When the boiler broke on rented property, the agent laughed that we didnt have hot water and heating in winter. They promised rubbish would be cleared before moving in, it was not, it was disgusting with trash everywhere. They were super critical of us and anything we did but when the property leaked due to their and the landlords negligence, they said it was just one of those things and we're slow to resolve despite a huge leak. Electrics we're not safe after leak and they tried to say that the landlord had fixed it, and only relented when I asked to see the landlords electric safety qualifications, suddenly a qualified engineer came and fixed the issues. Tried to take every penny of deposit unfairly, but I managed to argue it back with actual evidence, which they lacked. Avoid.

   Probably the best estate agents I’ve had. Their communication is spot on. Massive shout out to Bali, whilst I was purchasing the apartment I was renting Bali kept up the communication and was also chasing the solicitor for me whilst I was busy. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

They recently helped me with a sale through a turnkey service and it was a similar experience. Very professional, highly responsive and best of all, they provided the outcomes I needed in terms of an expedited sale of the property at the best possible sale price. Highly recommended.

   I thorougly recommend Granger & Oaks, Jonathan and his team have managed my property for a number of years. They've always provided a wonderful service. They carry out regular inspections (the only agent I use that does!), which are invaluable and give peace of mind to a landlord. They're professional, efficient, reliable, with good communication. They deal with any repairs promptly using good tradesmen, and do their very best to keep both landlord and tenant happy. What more could one want!

   Jonathan & his team have managed my rental property in Nottingham for approx 18 years. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best property management agents I have encountered during my 20 years as a landlord.    Dont trust this letting agency. They will just after your holding deposit and they will try to find a minor error. I have stable permanent job and passed the salary requirements. Take extra caution when dealing with them. I dont want you to experience what I have experience. I felt robbed and got scam. Honestly no difference from phone scam.

   If you wish to have an agency who will care for your property as you would do yourself, then this is the one to choose. They have managed my rental property for almost 10 years, and have always provided an efficient and proactive service. Any issues have been dealt with in a calm and timely manner and their advice, based on their considerable experience or from their own legal experts, has been very helpful over the years. I have always been impressed by their knowledge of the properties that they manage, and their rapport with both tenants and landlords. I recommend them without reservation!
