   Took my cat here today for the first time and I was so impressed. The cat clinic has a lovely calming feel to it and the vet Emma is lovely. My cat is very nervous but he was fine and relaxed. Emma took time to talk to us and make sure my cat was relaxed before giving him his jabs. Highly recommend.

   Outstanding vets. The staff are the best including the people behind the desk. Thank you. Just been again this morning for my cats injections. Still the same great service and staff. It looks great now all the scaffolding has gone and there's more room on the car park.

   We have been with 387 vets ever since we had our two cats from a rescue and cannot fault them at all, all of the staff are lovely and genuinely care. Special mention to Emma and Cody who helped us through a very difficult decision, for all of Emma’s advice and compassion when dealing with sensitive situations and for Cody’s reassuring nature. I could go on about how wonderful this vets is but I’d surely be writing an essay, they’ll be getting a big thank you from us next time we’re visiting of course. Thank you again to all of the team!

   The clinic part is great. Calming and stress free environment. Always great availability but experts in cats. I chose to have my Siamese cats x2. (4 years) to have surgery on there teeth because the vet there had dental qualification for cats at the time one of the only handful of vets who holds such in the uk. The cost for bout was around 1.7k but worth every penny! Thanks from Princess and precious

   Telephoned on Thursday as I was worried about my poorly dog and although they were very busy they managed to fit me in within half an hour. They gave Eden an anti inflammatory injection as he had a high temperature and some medication. He's not out of the woods yet but seems a lot better than he was. Great service as always!

   Absolutely wonderful veterinary surgery. All staff are extremely friendly & pleasant. I travel from Birmingham with my dog & cat to use this vets as they are so outstanding. Emma, Carlos and Hamish have been fantastic with my fur babies, they go above and beyond with their care for your animals. I highly recommend them and would never go anywhere else with my precious babies...I can't praise their services and professionalism enough..

   Been going here since our dog was a puppy. He's six now. So far it has thankfully only been for routine checks and vaccination. Friendly staff. Appointment times adhered to. Always get a call to alert us at vaccination time. Has its own car park. Our family all use this veterinary practice.
