   I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit to Boots pharmacy@ Bentley Bridge. The pharmacy staff were rude and unprofessional, one of them even shouted at me in front of other customers. On top of that I had to wait for more than an hour to get my prescription, with no clear explanation or updates...I understand that pharmacies can get busy, but shouting at customers and leaving them waiting without communication is completely unacceptable.I hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff training and customer service...

   30.09.2025 - I took my repeat prescription in 10 days ago. I was told Boots were stopping taking in repeat prescriptions and in future I should take then in to my doctors. But they said they would process this one. They didn't! I rang my doctors this morning and they haven't received it. Incidentally, I took the prescription in with plenty of time before I needed it, as last time I went back to Boots when I had waited 7 days for a prescription and they told me they hadn't had it back from the doctors. I rang the doctors and they'd only received it the day before. It seems Boots take their own sweet time, so I am moving my pharmacy to the one my Dad recommended to me instead. 03.10.2025 - I thought I'd add a further comment. I collected my prescription from the small pharmacy my Dad recommended. There was only one other person waiting, there were 4 people behind the counter dealing with customers, preparing prescriptions, doing who knows what. Compare that with Boots - always a queue, never 4 people behind the counter, 2 tills (one for prescription drugs another for over the counter items - why?), etc. I know that in Boots, the pharmacy is only part of their whole business, but it's too important a part to be inadequately staffed!

   They were great in beauty stuff; though they still major in other products,-kids, pharmacy, domestic items, etc. They have lots of stocks for deals. But there were always long queues in the evening especially the pharmacy section, but the staff were nice, friendly and always ready to help. Boots advantageous card and parent club could also be of interest.

   Great location for the business inside Bentley Bridge,just the pharmacy department letting the store down due to unnecessary keeping a long queue and always close at lunch despite having three staff at time.
