    Purchased a duvet from undalk store on 11/10/24 decided to return it on 13/10/24. Was told you don't take them back. They could see that it had not been opened which I did tell them but insisted I could have opened it and put it back in the packaging....good luck to anyone that achieved it. I wasn't told at the time of purchase I couldn't return ...they said I should have been. The most annoying thing was that when I walked further into the shop the staff obviously thought it funny and enjoyed the fun of chatting about it... Never will I shop HARRY CORRY agan.

    Bought a pillow for £20 in ballymena store and took it home .never took it out of the protective case but it was too big.took it back to get a refund but was told you can't get one as it was company policy.rung head office but they weren't very helpful either. the shop assistant should have told us this at the till but they didn't. always put the blame on the customer. Ended up with a pillow which is no use. Even blamed us of putting contamination on it. Won't be buying anything more from this unhelpful shop. Very angry customer

    Avoid harry corry airside, went in to buy 2 rolls of wallpaper 27 euro a roll ,we'll the older one behind the counter and a young blond girl thought they were security made myself and husband feel like criminals watching us very suspiciously what is wrong with people ,iam so angry, I will be making an official complaint
