Great value hotel. Lovely room and spotlessly clean. Staff excellent. Breakfast staff (Ryan and staff) were excellent and kept all items topped up. Getting some hot items at breakfast a bonus as only thought it was continental. For the price I DEFINITELY recommend.
Hotel fine, rooms pretty standard. But there were refurbishments going on which we weren't told about at booking which meant the hotel was dusty. The breakfast wasn't brilliant and didn't have much choice - bacon, beans and what I suspect was powdered egg. They also had cereals and pastries too but they weren't great quality. Disappointing and wouldn't return.
I have stayed in this hotel a few times as it suits my needs. It has a free car park, the rooms are always spotlessly clean, the staff are all lovely and very helpful and lovely continental breakfast. Its next door to the international centre and close to quite a few nice food places, cinema, exotic zoo and a few other things.
Excellent hotel, coming down for the Telford Comic Con. Room very nice and relaxing. Nice size TV, all the extras you would like, tea/coffee tray on arrival. Nice power shower, very comfortable bed. Loads of parking, and right next to the venue. I must admit I do quite often stay in hotels and I honestly can't fault this lovely hotel. Breakfast what a let down very poor only choices of cooked food of only scrabble egg bacon and beans, no sausages or hash browns, and if you wanted a meat free sausage order would take 20 minutes such a let down because before breakfast it was going to be a very high score.Staff friendly quick check in, reception staff gave good information regarding hotel and breakfast times. Prices for the rooms very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel and yes I will be returning on the next Comic Con next year. So my ratings out of 10.... My score is 7/10 before breakfast it would've of been 10/10 such a shame.
Comfortable hotel, good value, very friendly staff. Good disabled rooms. Have stayed twice and will visit again when in the area. Good location for visiting ironbridge and the ironbridge museums, also easy access to Telford shopping centre and the Telford bus station and railway station.
Nice hotel within walking distance of Telford town centre. Staff are brilliant and accommodation is very clean. Great place for a relaxing stay
Never stayed there, but I called from Chicago when it was 2am England time to settle a debate on the proper way to pour a Boddington (I lost). Carl (maybe Kyle) was fantastic to answer. Definitely will stay there the next time I’m in the UK.
Great location for the exhibition centre. Excellent bacon at breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a dribbly shower but pumps fail sometimes. There was a light outside our window that leaked past the curtains.
Great interconnecting rooms for our family of 6. Two double beds in each room which we pushed against the walls for our toddlers to sleep on the inside. Lovely staff. Breakfast was adequate, hot bacon and beans but everything else was continental. Pretty good coffee though. Great location for shopping and for the Victorian village which was the reason we stayed. I would stay again if needed.
Consistently good hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are standard business rooms, but clean and well-presented, with a great shower. Location is good, with local restaurants within a short drive or walking distance (there's a shortcut using Telford Park) and I've never had an issue finding a parking space.
