Excellent Stay at Ramada Telford – I’ll Definitely Be Back! This was my first stay at the Ramada Telford, and I’m happy to say it won’t be my last. I travel frequently for business and have stayed in countless hotels, but this one really stood out. Here’s why: Plenty of Parking – Always a plus, and easily accessible. Clean and Comfortable Rooms – Spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for a business trip. Refurbished Bathrooms – Modern, fresh, and clearly recently upgraded. Outstanding Staff – Every member of the team was amazing: welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel like a valued guest. The staff are a big reason I’ll be returning regularly. Honesty and Integrity – I accidentally left my phone charger and cable behind. The staff promptly located them and kept them safe for me—fantastic service! Customer-Friendly Policies – I asked about bringing in outside food and was told it was fine. To my surprise, they even offered plates and cutlery. That level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to upgrade to larger, more modern TVs with access to streaming services. That would make a great stay even better. Overall, Ramada Telford offers great value, comfort, and truly exceptional service. Well done to the entire team at Ramada Telford!

Rooms and particularly the ensuite seem dated and in need of a refresh. Bed does have USB power but not USB C. TV in room is tiny. Plus is little biscuits on the tea tray.

We had a great one night stay here with a top breakfast. No complaints from us. Has a swimming pool also although we didn't have time to use. Good location for Telford shopping centre.

Very well priced rooms which were very clean. Stayed for the international centre watching snooker. Since found out there are dog friendly rooms so returning once again for a journey stop over!

Staff were friendly and the hotel was modern, clean and well maintained. It was disappointing there was no air conditioning in the room as it was warm, it a fan was provided. It wasn’t clear about how to keep the window open to cool the air, I only found a latch the next morning. The bed was way too hard and the pillow was also too stiff so I didn’t get a good night sleep. I was grateful for the tea and biscuit in the room. The bar area was great but it was a shame there was no background music, this could have helped soften the atmosphere as there was a lot of people staying on their own so it didn’t feel comfortable to stay too long.

Stayed for 2 nights recently. Hotel generally very nice. Reception staff on both check in and check out somewhat lacklustre and not overly friendly. However bar staff and breakfast staff - India and Leticia in particular -were sociable, engaging and informative. A credit to the hotel. Our Room on ground floor was freezing cold when we arrived so fairly cold all night. No spare blankets to use so not a great first night. Second night after leaving heating on all day was much better. We mentioned this to reception who advised that as hotel full they had no spare duvets. Surely this can't be true? Room however very clean. Breakfast lovely and plentiful. Swimming pool nice and warm. Will stay again if need arises but will be a bit more prepared next time.

Bit pricey for 3* hotel. Others with higher rating are nearby and lower price. Breakfast & dinner expensive for what you get. Sausage and mash, and fruit salad which was mostly chopped apple for £25! Although breakfast was good and wide variety to choose from and good value at around £12.50. Good location as train station and shopping centre only minutes walk from hotel. Rooms clean and well presented. Bit noisy when people returning, or leaving as doors tend to slam shut. Pool is nice and warm. Staff are very friendly and helpful, just need more of them. Not always easy to find someone. I've stayed here a few times for meetings and will probably stay again, but may try a less costly competitor.

Excellent service, from start to finish. Room, Excellent sized and very clean. Dinner was excellent, good quality and good quantity. Excellent service from Rachel in the restaurant and also Tia in the bar. All staff we encountered, where very friendly and welcoming. NOT SURE why you are only a 3 star, should be a 5.

The only issue we had was that the other half was in a wheelchair and the bathroom was all very low so she wasn't able to have a bath on her own. Other than that, phenomenal stay

I like this hotel. Its clean, quiet and in an excellent location as you can walk over to Telford shopping centre within 10 mins which is very useful for a Christmas shopping trip. Staff friendly and helpful and had a few drinks in the bar. I wish I had used the pool whilst here but never got a chance as we were too busy but if stayed again would use it.
