   I had a very good experience at this H&M store. The layout is spacious and well organised, making it easy to browse without feeling rushed or crowded. Sections are clearly divided, and it’s simple to find what you’re looking for, whether it’s everyday basics or more on-trend pieces. The clothing selection is strong, with a good balance between style, quality, and price. I found items that looked modern and well cut, and the sizing was consistent, which made choosing easier. Everything I checked was neatly displayed and properly stocked. Staff were polite and efficient. Even though the store was fairly busy, checkout moved quickly, and the staff handled everything professionally. I also appreciated how clean and well maintained the store was, including the changing rooms. Overall, this H&M delivers exactly what you expect: fashionable clothing at reasonable prices in a clean, organised environment. I’d happily shop here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

   Jordan, the cashier today, was wonderful :) very friendly and helped me to get a discount I didn't know I was eligible for. There is always a long wait to be served at this store though!

   Rude boss/manager, we were shopping and spoke with a female member of staff who was offering ideas for my partners outfit and even said “take your time girl i’m here until 6pm”. Then an IC3 male yelled out “Guys, we’re closed.” My partner responded, “we’re just looking at this, we’ll be quick.” He responded saying, “No we’re closed now, so are you buying something or not?”. My partner replied saying, “Yeah i’m looking to get these jeans.” I was shocked he was so impolite to customers, I understand the clock just struck 1730 but you could’ve politely said we’re closed now do you need any help with anything?.. We work at a site where people don’t leave up to 30 mins past close, so we get it, but learn some manners. I looked at him for a while and said “There’s a nicer way of saying that.” He actually said “Sorry that was rude.” This would’ve been fine and all sorted, but we approached him and asked “Where are your tills?” He silently pointed in a patronising manner with no smile, as if we’re now just a nuisance, and dropped his arm down into his side like that was the last bit of energy he had. This just made us not really want to shop here again. To top it off, once we paid for the items and exited through the door, he stood and watched and called out a childish and sarcastic “Byee”. To which I responded “See you later mate thank you” whilst facing away from him. Needs some customer service training.

   Went into H&M Hemel Hempstead, a bit bigger than the store in my area (Aylesbury) only issue was the mens section was very limited. Would recommend!

   I missed one dress code number of the dress is 1025115 i paid money for that the staff number told that i kept in bag but it is not in my bag i asked for the refund but they still didn’t gave any information about that very very very bad staff service and customer service in the whole uk I don’t wanna do shopping about again in the h&m store and I won’t suggest any one to do shopping in the store again
