   Regular customers here, come every NYD, disappointed with quality of staff. Clearly lacking leadership and training. We come here as we expect better than average and therefore happy to pay for premium. £85 for lunch today didn’t feel value for money.

   Stayed here recently after we went to a Christmas do here. Staff were really friendly, the rooms were so clean and spacious. The food was delicious including breakfast. Thank you for a lovely evening / morning.

   Had our wedding here yesterday. The location , rooms and food were highly rated by all our guests and ourselves. Our entire experience from planning through to the event on the day has been second to none, absolutely nothing has been a problem or too much trouble for the staff. We could not praise highly enough just how attentive the staff are here and how they go out of their way to ensure you have the best possible wedding day ever. Huge thank you to Lexie and Emily for going above and beyond in their help and also to the rest of the staff and chefs for making our day as perfect as it could be.

   Our day was perfect! Lexie and the team made sure that it went as smoothly as possible! The communication on the run up to the wedding was great, they were so responsive to emails and accommodated all of our requests. The food was incredible, all of our guests were blown away but the canapés, wedding breakfast and evening pizzas! Not to mention the full English breakfast! We would 100% recommend the moat house as a wedding venue!

   Had an amazing weekend stay here with the kids. The rooms were very spacious, clean and gorgeous. They have their own lake with ducks and swans and such lovely views and next dole they have a canal where you can take a boat ride to. Staff are so lovely and attentive and service is great. They have a bar and restaurants food wasn't to our standards as it wasn't suitable for halal but they had a few vegan and vegetarian options and the vibes and atmosphere was lovely. They also have a great offer for Half terms kids go free this year.

   We booked here for afternoon tea for 8 of us. The service upon arrival was great. We sat down in the restaurant and the Afternoon Teas were placed on the table. From that point nobody did a table check to see if everything was okay, we had to ask for the drinks included with some of the afternoon teas. The food was lovely it was just a lack of attention from an establishment that you would expect to be on the ball

   Beautiful place to visit for a meal and a drinks. The food quality is one of the best. Looking over a stunning lake with plenty of wildlife situated in the countryside. I haven't been in the hotel so couldn't comment on that. But it dose look stunning from outside. A very high end establishment by the looks of it. Very much recommend. Its not going to break the bank eating hear. And you won't be disappointed with the food or location 5 stars all day long

   Went for a couples afternoon tea. The Moat House has lovely grounds and the Orangery restaurant is likewise well decorated and flooded with light in the daytime. The service and staff were first class. The afternoon tea was fairly traditional and was very nice. All in all a lovely afternoon treat - one small issue the price was a little high and I have to say in terms of Stafford and VFM that Weston Hall is better value.
