When you walk in you pay before you can change your mind. The place smelled so bad of curry. Our room smelled horrible of the curry and also smelt like pee from a bathroom . We felt so disgusting and I didn't even open my suitcase for fear of my clothing to pick up the stench. Not one of the 5 members of our family were able to sleep. We only saw the person who took our payment 1 time to pay. Any take out food he had to order from was all Indian food . So if you are Indian and love the Indian culture of smells this place is probably for you . If you are not Indian and do not love the culture smells , find another.

We stayed for 1 night for work, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and put out our breakfast early for us as we had to be away for job

The front main door doesnβt lock so that was a bit concerning to us but the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was small but manageable. The walls were pretty thin and we could hear everything in the hall n other rooms and the bnb was a bit far from ferry and downtown but we enjoyed our stay there and there was a lovely cat who came to say hello

This is a nice and quiet b&b. I stayed with my husband and we booked a double room through Booking.com. Ashfield is very close to the airport, you can walk to the b&b in about 15 minutes. The b&b also has a bus stop right outside so you can get the bus into Belfast city centre in about 20 mins. It's a nice journey and you can see some of murals on the way. The room had everything you would expect. A nice comfy bed, tea making facilities, hairdryer and TV with lots of channels. The room was clean and warm. The bathroom was very big and had both a shower and bath with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is continental, so there's pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice and hot drinks. We also had toast with cheese or jam and a boiled egg most days. We were allowed to use the kitchen in the evenings to warm up our own food in the microwave and eat at the table. There is a TV room downstairs and a garden area outside. The owner/manager is around during the day or can be contacted through the Ring doorbell if needed. I would stay here again, the location is perfect.

Nice size room but bathroom was on the small side. Little outdated furniture. Breakfast was very basic should have been better. No hair dryer in room. It worked for 1 night but I'd stay somewhere else next time for the price.
