   Avril and Ian took great care of us while we stayed with them. We had a room with a great view, the breakfast each morning was delicious, and they recommended some yummy restaurants for dinner that we wouldn't have otherwise found. Parking was easy, and their dog was very sweet!

   Lovely Bed & Breakfast away from the hustle and bustle of city life. If you want a peaceful nights sleep awaking with stunning views then look no further. Avril was really helpful and accommodating . The lush cooked breakfast was devine. Comfy beds with tea & coffee facilities, smart TV and epic ceiling mounted shower. Pure Tranquility.

   As advertised, and much more! The place: Easy to find and park, spacious, comfortable, spotless, beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings and linens, as well as lovely art, and everything is well maintained. The room has everything you might need (e.g. mini fridge, hair dryer). The view: Wonderful! Rolling green hills, framed by a manicured garden - it's like a painting. The hospitality: Avril is an amazingly gracious host, helpful, friendly, and professional. COVID guidelines were strictly followed, and made easy for guests to follow too. The food: Not just your usual breakfast Ulster fry. There are different options every day, with a yoghurt/compote or cereal for starters, a main of your choice (an Ulster fry, or a few other options that change daily), and also tea, juice, toast, croissants, jam, fresh fruit, etc. Everything we tried was delicious, and being able to try something new every day is a great way to start the morning! Avril was also flexible with the food (e.g. vegetarian options), which isn't always easy, even in larger hotels/B&Bs. Thanks for a wonderful stay, can't wait for next time!

   Peartree Hill is the most outstanding place to stay in NI. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast is all made using local ingredients, and is worth coming back for by itself! Avril was so friendly and flexible with us, and will make sure your stay is special whatever the occasion!

   Absolutely pristine and delightful. A MUST book. My sister and I came for just a night and the host was lovely. The walk way was candle lit. She made us tea upon arrival, complete with shortbread and treats. Everything was 5 star hotel standards from the smallest detail like the heated towel rack, to the extravagant breakfast. It's all the charm of a B&B with the privacy and perfection of a hotel. Breakfast was incredible. I am a part time vegan, full time vegetarian and my sister is paleo so we can be picky. But, the host customized the menu items for us. The view from the breakfast table is rolling hills with charming cottages. Everything was locally sourced - the Rhubarb jam from the garden (incredible!) the yogurt from local jersey cows, etc. This B&B was the highlight of our entire Ireland and N. Ireland trip. We cannot recommend this more. We're telling our friends and family. So grateful for this hidden gem, we certainly hope to return!

   One of the nicest accommodations I have experienced. The surrounding Irish countryside provided a view that was beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were pleasant, worldly, and helpful. Being a cardiac patient, I was a little particular with food; they prepared a breakfast I found both delicious and heart-healthy (yogurt, granola, rhubarb and ginger compote, orange juice, whole fruit) and ensured I had it well in time for my early tour departure. The room itself was elegant and well-equipped. While having all the modern conveniences it also had a nice traditional charm. I feel very confident in recommending Pear Tree to anyone staying in Belfast. The 15 to 20 minute taxi ride from the centre of town is well worthwhile.
