Firstly and most importantly many thanks to the hosts Donna and James for making my 3 night Belfast stay a terrific and fun experience. Upon leaving, I smiled as I knew I had two new friends in Belfast. There is no detail left untouched from the comfort and spotless room to the gourmet breakfast. But best of all we're my fun and laughing chats with Donna and James. My return can't happen soon enough. It would be impossible for Sherlock Holmes to find fault with The Roseleigh. Another beautiful Irish memory created

Donna and James couldn't do enough to help. They were incredibly welcoming and breakfast was lovely. I stayed in the single room but was pleasantly surprised that the bed was more like a small double and had everything I needed. Well equipped and clean. The location is near the bus stop that takes you into the city so this was perfect for me as I wanted to be just outside the city but easily accessible. I would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this charming Victorian bed and breakfast in Belfast. Donna and James were great hosts, making sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed during our visit. Their friendly and attentive approach made us feel very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh and well-prepared options every morning that we really enjoyed. The rooms were cozy, nicely decorated, and refreshed daily, which added a nice touch to our stay. The house itself is full of character, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We had a great experience and look forward to visiting again in the future. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Belfast!

My wife and I have just completed our second stay here and we can't speak highly enough of Donna and James. Rooms are beautiful and ornate with genuine character. Location is fab, very peaceful but still a close enough walk to the city centre. Hosts are so friendly and very accommodating. Top marks across the board from me and can't wait to visit again.

This policy of every two days of cleaning a room is inept what if other person wants bath on second night it's dirty from the night before and very smart covering it with bath curtain as If I wouldn't notice that's where u r wrong I check everything. Musty smell from wardrobe. It's in quiet location but pity that can't be said from noisy Canadians and Americans I couldn't even have my breakfast in peace. Brought it up nothing was done so I had to tell em to stop talking. I don't want to know their life story. Creaky floors. Can't get to sleep til midnight. Im epileptic and I need proper sleep to prevent seizures and I also have autism. I came here for peaceful stay and I'm not gtin it. Breakfast very bad wouldn't even touch the sides of my stomach. Was still hungry it starts early and finishes early which means you have to get up early cos of the owners schedule. 400 pounds I have stayed in b and bs and you would get well fed and it would be more peaceful than this.
