This relates to the pharmacy, not the surgery. Umm, not impressive. Prescriptions sent by the GP take suspiciously long (4/5 days to appear). Unavailability seems high (though to be fair I can’t be sure). Customer service flat and, if there is a problem, unhelpful. The actual pharmacist is the outlier - found him to be cheerful with a good manner. I’m beginning to wonder if I should move, nothing awful just not confidence giving. I suspect they are overwhelmed, they are alongside a large and successful practice.

I have had to change my nominated pharmacy for my prescriptions as i find one particular pharmasict rude and lacks any customer service. I also find sometimes i have to wait weeks for a particular prescription which i have been able to obtain from another pharmacy close by.

I find this surgery to be excellent the reception team are always kind and considerate. The doctors are the very best and have helped me enormously over the years I have been with them .

I've always found the surgery to be great. They operate a system of opening appointments for booking at 8am and 2pm for the same day, taking a limited number of future bookings for things like chronic cases. Once you understand this system it is generally very easy to get an appointment: either you get one the same day or you try again tomorrow. Either way I have never had to wait more than 36hr to be seen. Far better than booking up weeks in advance. I have most recently been treated by Drs Charles, Read and Mok who have always been thorough and considerate. My children also have been seen quickly and the bedside manner has been ideal for a child.

Unhelpful receptionists, some of the doctors are a total waste of time and tax payers money. This used to be a great Doctors but seems to have gone badly downhill. Just seen other recent reviews saying similar things so I'm not being paranoid

Unfortunately the staff at this pharmacy do not communicate with patients. No phone call to tell you they have cancelled your prescription, no communication to tell you they are not doing your automatic repeat prescription you've had for the last 12 month's. If you do not have a crystal ball, might be worth going elsewhere

Very small branch pharmacy. No pharmacy cover when its lunch time meaning an hour to wait for a script. Doors close exactly on time and ten minutes before they turn people away. Counter staff can be a bit snappy. Produce in store is very limited but its handy if you've got a script from the GP as it's all under one roof and they have your item in stock and you can wait for it. If you have the option I'd always go to grewals on the high road for a real pharmacy with fab customer service

I have always had good service here until today. I asked for a home visit as I have recently left hospital with post concussion syndrome and my symptoms have become worse. I feel extremely dizzy and unbalanced to even walk downstairs in my house. The hospital told me to go back or let gp know if I get worse to have my doctor refuse to come and see me as I should make my own way to the surgery. He said there is nothing he can do and nothing to help its just flu I am experiencing and concussion end of. I live 2/3 hours drive away from any family and have always been a self sufficient person. Rarely do I ask for help or ever get this Ill. The doctor made me feel like a liability and like I am making a big deal out of nothing. I have never had concussion before and to be practically living on my own so far from family you would think having some kind of reassurance that your doctors even care about your livelihood wouldn't be much. All I asked was to be seen at my house as I am on my own and feel extremely ill and in pain with worsening symptoms. I'm shocked. I work full time and I rarely get poorly or have accidents. I'm appalled at how I have just been spoken to and treated by people who you think should give some kind of reassurance

Brilliant practice. GP's helpful and professional. They don't just grab the prescription pad and send you on your way, you get helpful advice. Nurses also excellent. The practice is run efficiently and if you are kept waiting sometimes you know it's because they are very busy. Would recommend to anyone.

Two star just because of Doc and Nurses are okie, The reception staff is extremely rude us multiple times as if we dont understand English and be loud in front of other patients. Few occasion when doc said during appointment go to reception and get blood test done today and we have slot, reception told no appointment for today or tomorrow when it was urgency from doc. I known the doc for years and they all are great but just admin staff if bit pathetic on us . Few doc avoid referring you and that can easily cause delay in treatment. Happens once where 111 asked us to take it serious and get test done where doc had no clue and just said wait for another week. Now after years I need to think switching to better GP
